0. OPERATOR / CONTACT

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Services”: the DUSK ROLEPLAY FiveM server, Discord server, Website, and related applications.
• “Platform Terms”: Rockstar Terms of Service, policies, and the Creator Platform License Agreement.
• “UGC”: any content you create or submit through the Services.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these ToS and the applicable Platform Terms. If these ToS conflict with Platform Terms, Platform Terms control.

3. ELIGIBILITY / AGE

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. You must have a valid Discord account and a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V.

4. COMMUNITY RULES

You must behave respectfully and in good faith. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, and doxxing are strictly prohibited. Evasion of moderation or undermining roleplay integrity will result in sanctions.

5. PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

You must comply with Rockstar and FiveM policies. Prohibited activities include real-money gambling, selling in-game currency for real money, and using unlicensed music.

6. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

You are solely responsible for your UGC. By submitting it, you grant DUSK ROLEPLAY a royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate and promote the Services.

7. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

We may take enforcement actions (warnings, bans, etc.) at our discretion to protect the community. Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data/progression.
