When operating a FiveM Custom Server, the server operator (us) is responsible for personal data processing and privacy related to that Custom Server.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

2.1 Account & identifiers (Discord integration)

  • Discord user ID
  • Discord username and display name
  • Discord avatar (URL / image reference)
  • Discord server membership / roles relevant to access

2.2 Technical & security data

  • IP address data (hashed / pseudonymized) for security and anti‑abuse
  • Device / session technical logs (time, request metadata, error logs)

2.3 Gameplay / server operation data

  • Server logs (connection events, moderation events)
  • Character progression and state necessary for persistence
  • In-game actions relevant to rule enforcement

3. WHY WE PROCESS DATA (PURPOSES)

  • Access & account management: Verify eligibility and manage permissions.
  • Security, integrity & moderation: Prevent cheating, abuse, and investigate incidents.
  • Service operation & reliability: Host Services, debug errors, and monitor performance.
  • Analytics: Produce aggregated usage statistics to improve experience.

6. DATA RETENTION

  • Active accounts: Retained while you are an active user.
  • Security logs: Up to 12 months.
  • Ban records: Kept while the ban is active, reviewed every 24 months.
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for more than 3 years may be purged.
