Note: Hosting providers are third‑party infrastructure vendors. They do not operate or moderate DUSK ROLEPLAY, and they are not responsible for the roleplay server content.

3. MANDATORY ROCKSTAR / FIVEM DISCLAIMER

DUSK ROLEPLAY IS NOT APPROVED, SPONSORED, OR ENDORSED BY ROCKSTAR GAMES.

This disclaimer must remain clear and conspicuous on user‑facing pages and services related to the Custom Server (including the website footer and server listings) alongside a valid operator contact email.

4. ROCKSTAR / FIVEM (CREATOR SERVICES) — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DUSK ROLEPLAY is a community roleplay project operated using the Rockstar “Creator Services” (including FiveM), subject to the applicable Rockstar terms and policies.

  • Ownership: Rockstar Games, Inc. and its parent company Take‑Two Interactive Software, Inc., retain all rights, title, and interest in the covered games (including Grand Theft Auto V) and related assets.
  • No affiliation / no official status: Nothing about operating this Custom Server implies Rockstar approval, sponsorship, or endorsement of DUSK ROLEPLAY.
  • Trademarks & branding: No rights are granted to use Rockstar’s logos, trademarks, or other protected elements in any manner that suggests an “official” server or official affiliation. DUSK ROLEPLAY must not use Rockstar IP as a brand/logo/source identifier or as part of server naming/branding that suggests endorsement.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVER CONTENT / COMMUNITY CONTENT

DUSK ROLEPLAY is solely responsible for moderating and operating its own community spaces and content rules (FiveM server, Discord, Website, WebApps).

As server operator, we may remove content or restrict access to maintain compliance, community safety, and platform requirements.

6. THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES & RISK NOTICE

The Services rely on third‑party platforms and providers (including FiveM/Rockstar infrastructure and Discord). Availability and functionality may change due to third‑party updates, outages, or policy changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, use of third‑party services and interactions with third‑party content are at the user’s own risk.

7. DATA PRIVACY / PERSONAL DATA

DUSK ROLEPLAY processes certain personal data necessary to operate and secure the Services (e.g., account identifiers, technical logs, moderation/anti‑abuse records).
